f-9We all want our kids to be leaders, make their own choices, stand up for themselves and be strong in life. But some kids are followers more than leaders, they tend to please others and follow them.
To help your child be a leader here are some suggestions that might be beneficial:
– Know his strength and weaknesses and try to nurture and support his talent
– Let him choose his own play and decide things for himself
– Let your child make his own decisions and participate in family discussions, let him give his opinion about some topics
– Allow your child to see you in leadership roles (in your work for example)
– Read books with your children and let them tell you what they think about the characters of the book

Don’t be sad or disappointed if your child doesn’t have the personality of a leader, every child is different but the important thing is that he is capable of doing good choices in life, he is respected, successful and productive.
